TERMS OF SERVICE
PAYMENT
PH4NTOMC4T Creations accepts payment through Zelle or Paypal. I will not take payment through CashApp or Venmo.
Once the project is accepted, a minimum downpayment of 30% is required to secure your slot on the queue.
Payment plans are accepted, but this must be discussed between us before ANY payment is sent. Otherwise, I will assume you will pay in full.
Customers who pay in complete payments, or pay their suit off faster WILL pass your spot in line.
No work will be done on a project until a total of 50% of the payment is completed.
ONCE WORK IS COMPLETE THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
Shipping is not included in the original quote and must be calculated and paid for by the customer upon completion. Insurance and a signature confirmation are required on all of my packages.International customers must pay all customs fees and/or taxes on their costumes. Unfortunately, these fees tend to be very expensive and vary by country. Please speak with your local postal service to determine what customs fees will cost before committing to a commission. I will not mark packages as a “gift” to avoid fees. Shipping quotes are rounded up by $5 - $15 to cover the cost and time spent boxing up items. Local pickup can be available in certain circumstances. Convention pickup is ONLY available at Furry Migration.COMMUNICATION
I ask that you respond within 24 to 48 hours Monday through Friday to keep the commission process running smoothly. In order to maintain a written record of all communication, no phone or video calls are accepted. If there is no communication for 30 days the project will be considered abandoned. The 30% will be forfeited and any payments beyond the 30% will be refunded.QUEUE & PROJECT TIMES
I update my queue in real time as I complete work. I use trello due dates for my OWN REFERENCE and they almost always change as work is completed. I am chronically ill, but take pride in my work ethic. This will not stop me from completing your work, however there will be times where I may need to take a day to recover to prevent burnout or rest due to my disability. Thus, these due dates will be ever changing. However, this does not mean you are not protected from long wait times. If I go 6 months past the typical timeframe below, you will be able to go one of two routes:
1 - You are able to cancel the commission and receive a full refund. You will not be able to keep any part of the fursuit. Whatever I have made will be redesigned or edited to be different from your character.
2 - You keep any work I have completed up to that point and receive a refund based on the percentage of work that is incomplete. These timeframes are typical for projects once fully paid:
Head - 3 months
Partial - 6 months
Fullsuit - 1 year
These are my maximum timeframes, but issues regarding materials may arise (such as sold out faux furs) and this may change. Any issues will be immediately communicated to the client.
Queue order is determined by a few factors: who has paid first, who I have materials for first, and who I have measurements or a DTD for first.REFUNDS
Contact me immediately if you need to cancel a project and we will sort it out. In all cases, 30% of your project will not be refundable. This does NOT apply if I am the one to cancel.
If the project has already been completed or is mostly complete, I will NOT refund you at all. I am always happy to boost your sales post or help you sell if you choose to go that route.ALLERGIES & PETS
I have two cats that consistently join me in my work room. This does not mean they are allowed on any of the fur or materials used. However, your fursuit will be deep cleaned before being sent out if there are any allergy concerns. If there are severe allergy concerns regarding cats, I encourage you to not commission me.WORK IN PROGRESS
Clients can reach out privately to ask for WIPs (images, videos) at any point while I am working on their project. I encourage clients to ask specific questions regarding suit construction and craftsmanship as I value transparency!WARRANTY
There is a one-year warranty (from the time of shipping) on all suits and parts that I make.
If you have any popped seams, fitting issues, holes, adhesive failures, or any other issues, you can send the piece back and I will fix it for free. The client is responsible for all shipping costs.
If you'd prefer to fix the piece yourself and not have to ship it, I am also happy to give detailed instructions!BLACKLIST/HARASSMENT POLICY
Please note that I can refuse service to clients for any reason if I feel unsafe or uncomfortable working with them.
I reserve the right to terminate a client's contract if they are found to fall under any of the following criteria:
- Customers who attack or belittle me or those close using slurs or foul language.
- Customers who are under the age of 18.
-Individuals who support racist or bigoted ideals or those who support harmful paraphilias like zoophilia or pedophilia.
-Individuals who are found to be dangerous members of the community due to sex crimes, grooming, or violent actions.
In the case of this happening, the client will be refunded and removed from the queue if no work has been started. If work is in progress, it will be completed and shipped off ASAP. Regardless, the client will be blacklisted across all platforms and will not be eligible for my warranty or welcome to my fursuit events/group chats.By commissioning me, you agree to my Terms of Service.
